Quality & testing

Every part earns its way onto your rack

Dromeda Networks runs every fiber optic transceiver and interconnect part through an in-house test, certification, and programming process before it ships, then backs it with a lifetime warranty — so a network architect or IT procurement team can specify a Dromeda part as a drop-in replacement without re-qualifying it on their own hardware.

Quality process steps

In-system tested

Every transceiver and cable is verified for link-up on live Cisco, Arista, Juniper, and Mellanox hardware — [PLACEHOLDER: test methodology, e.g. BER threshold / DDM readout / burn-in duration] — before it leaves the building, not just checked against a spec sheet.

Data center certified

Parts are validated against [PLACEHOLDER: certification name/standard] for continuous operation in production data center environments, covering temperature range, power draw, and signal integrity under sustained load.

Custom programmed

Every part is coded to match your exact switch vendor and model at the firmware level, so it passes vendor handshake checks on first insertion instead of shipping as a generic "compatible" part that may fail one.

Lifetime warranty

Every part that passes testing, certification, and programming is covered for as long as you own it — a [PLACEHOLDER: warranty term] warranty, no separate RMA contract required.
